Summary:The invention provides an information downloading method and an information downloading device to solve the problem that outdoor downloading by a user terminal is slow. The information downloading method comprises the following steps: obtaining a downloading link of a content to be downloaded; dividing the content to be downloaded into n segments according to the downloading link, wherein n is an integer greater than 1; and downloading the n segments simultaneously, and integrating the downloaded n segments to obtain the downloaded content. The downloading speed is increased by a terminal ad hoc network, and the user experience is improved.
