Summary:The invention relates to an automatic-winding-device-based rotary transformer winding method. According to the technical scheme of the method, an insulation treatment manner of electrostatic coating on an iron core is carried out for replacing the insulation treatment manner of padding 6050 polyimide films and pasting 3240 epoxy glass fiber end pieces on the conventional iron core; research and smooth clamping of the rotary transformer iron core are realized according to the difference of winding manners and slot fullness rates, the parameters of winding span and winding tension are adjusted, and an automatic winding program is set and programmed to finish winding automatically; winding parameters and programs are optimized according to the rotary transformer test data after winding to wind qualified products. By virtue of the automatic-winding-device-based rotary transformer winding method, the rotary transformer processing period is shortened; meanwhile, the machine winding stress is uniform; the consistency is good; the survival rate of the rotary transformer is increased.
