Summary: | The invention provides a flaw detection device for a U-shaped pipe. The flaw detection device comprises a rack, a flaw detection part, a driving part and a controller, wherein the rack is provided with a plurality of transmission rollers which are arranged in sequence along the length direction of the rack; the flaw detection end of the flaw detection part is movably arranged on the rack; the driving part comprises a first driving part connected to the flaw detection end of the flaw detection part in a driving way; and the controller is connected to the first driving part. When the flaw detection device is used, the U-shaped pipe is placed on the transmission rollers of the rack, conveyed to the flaw detection end of the flaw detection part through rolling of the transmission rollers, and detected, and then the controller controls the first driving part to run so as to drive the flaw detection end of the flaw detection part to move on the rack in order to finish flaw detection of the U-shaped pipe gradually. The flaw detection device can perform automatic flaw detection of the U-shaped pipe or a special section pipe, so that the detection efficiency of a copper pipe is increased, and the labor intensity of workers is lowered. |
