Summary:The invention discloses a method for carrying out quantitative detection on mercury ions based on Raman characteristic peak position changing and belongs to the technical field of mercury ion quantitative detection. An SERS activity chip which is modified by sodium dimethyl dithio carbamate and can be bound with the mercury ions specifically is designed for mercury ion quantitative detection, and mercury ion specific quick adsorption separation on the mercury ions can be achieved. According to the features of SERS fingerprint information changing obtained after sodium dimethyl dithio carbamate and the mercury ions are bound, the mercury ions are subjected to quantitative analysis. The advantages (high in speed, high in sensitivity and not affected by water in a system) of an SERS technology are used, the high sensitivity of mercury ion detection is kept, and meanwhile the limitation problems that according to a traditional mercury ion detecting method, operation steps are complex, sample pretreatment is complex, samples are damaged, and accordingly detecting efficiency is low can be solved.
