The invention discloses a fastening bolt with force transducers arranged inside. The fastening bolt comprises a screw and a bolt head arranged at one end of the screw, wherein at least one blind groove is formed in one surface, facing one side of the screw, of the bolt head, the piezoelectric transducers provided with leads are arranged at the bottom of the at least one blind groove, a pressure conduction element with one end surface extending out of the at least one blind groove is arranged in the at least one blind groove, and the leads penetrate through the bolt head and extend out of the bolt head. The fastening bolt has the advantages as follows: the fastening bolt is high in structural strength, convenient to use, high in accuracy and stability, long in service life, capable of measuring data easily and adaptable to complex environments and long-distance transmission.
