Summary:The invention relates to a high pressure gas power system based on an internal combustion engine structure and a power method of the high pressure gas power system. The high pressure gas power system comprises a high pressure gas source, a jet plug, a cylinder, a piston and a jet controller, wherein the piston is positioned in the cylinder and is connected with the cylinder in a sliding manner; an intake valve and an exhaust valve are mounted on the cylinder; an intake passage is formed in the intake valve; an exhaust passage is formed in the exhaust valve; the jet plug is electrically connected with the jet controller through jet control signals and cylinder body pressure sensing signals, and is further communicated with the high pressure gas source through a high pressure gas path; the jet controller obtains the power control demand of an internal combustion engine through throttle valve opening-degree signals; the jet plug is embedded to the wall of the cylinder, so as to be connected with the cylinder. The high pressure gas power system can realize the fact that high pressure gas is used as a power source instead of fuel oil on the premise that main hardware structures of the traditional internal combustion engine are not changed, on one hand, the system is convenient for popularization and application, and on the other hand, energy consumption and environment pollution during the use of the traditional fuel oil internal combustion engine are avoid, and environment-friendly clear power output is realized.
