The invention discloses a small-scale calandria type singeing burner. The small-scale calandria type singeing burner comprises an outer pipe with a nozzle, an inner pipe which is coaxially sleeved with the outer pipe and provided with a gas inlet in the end is arranged in the outer pipe, and the nozzle is fixed on the outer wall of the outer pipe, communicated with the outer pipe and arrayed along the axial direction of the outer pipe; the inner pipe wall is provided with at least one exhaust seam communicated with the inside of the inner pipe, and the outer pipe is capable of swinging around the axle center thereof. The small-scale calandria type singeing burner is suitable for natural gas, coal gas, liquefied gas and low-heating value fuel gas, by means of the calandria type structure, the flame rigidity is improved, the flue gas flow uniformity is improved through one or two groups of flow equalizing plates, and the combustion temperature field uniformity is improved.
