Summary: | The invention discloses a heat-resistant inner frame rubber sealing ring which is prepared from the following formula components in parts by mass: 100 parts of ethylene propylene terpolymer, 1-2 parts of stearic acid, 10-15 parts of talcum powder, 0.3-0.6 part of a compound vulcanizing agent, 10-12 parts of a softener, 2-3.5 parts of an accelerant BR, 1-1.9 parts of an adhesive, 40-60 parts of carbon black, 5-7 parts of calcium oxide and 4-6 parts of a stabilizer. The heat-resistant inner frame rubber sealing ring disclosed by the invention has the characteristics that the sealing ring has an excellent sealing effect, the excellent performance can be maintained even if the sealing ring is placed at a high temperature, the sealing ring is high in heat resistance, high in anti-sticking property and has certain elasticity, and the condition that a rubber ring rapidly ages to deform due to high temperature is avoided. |
