Summary: | The invention discloses a chitosan-based temperature-sensitive polymer, and a preparation method and application thereof. The chitosan is a natural alkaline polysaccharide with biocompatibility, the molecular structure contains abundant hydroxy and amino groups, the amino group on the main chain is modified by chemical reaction to obtain the modified chitosan containing hydrophobic group, and a temperature-sensitive polymer chain segment is grafted to the main chain of the chitosan to obtain the temperature-sensitive amphiphilic polymer. The polymer can be self-assembled into a stable nano micelle which is used for coating an oil-soluble substance and forming stable nanoparticles. The ambient temperature can be adjusted to effectively adjust the release rate of the oil-soluble substance carried inside the micelle. The obtained modified chitosan surfactant is an assembly material for drug controlled release with wide application prospects. |
