Summary:The invention discloses a rapeseed oil new cationic asphalt emulsifier synthetic method, according to the method, a cationic asphalt emulsifier is prepared from rapeseed oil, acid anhydride and mixed amine as raw materials, a new asphalt emulsifier is synthesized by two step reaction of the cationic asphalt emulsifier, and the optimum synthesis reaction conditions of the asphalt emulsifier can be obtained. The CMC value of the target product is 4.89 x 10<-4>mol / L, and is small. Under the critical micelle concentration (CMC), the surface tension is 25.28 mN/m. The synthesized emulsifier is a medium cracking type asphalt emulsifier, and can be widely used in the adhesive layer, fog seal layer, non solvent cold mixing, recycling of asphalt and stabilizing of asphalt pavement substrate.
