The safe hook comprises a bracket body, wherein the bracket body consists of an extending part and a support part; the extending part comprises a triangular bracket; a support cross bar is arranged in the triangular bracket, and a first clamping mechanism is arranged below the support cross bar; the support part comprises a square bracket; a second clamping mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the bracket in a hanging manner, and a pulley device is arranged at the front end of the extending part. When the structure is adopted, a target wall is clamped through the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism, a rope is drawn out by a pulley so as to be bound with a body of work staff, and one end at which the pulley device is arranged extends out of a wall, so that abrasion caused by direct friction between the rope and the wall can be prevented.
