The invention belongs to the field of microwave antenna feeding technique, and especially relates to a waveguide slot three-way power divider. The waveguide slot three-way power divider is characterized by comprising a first waveguide (1), a second waveguide (2) and a third waveguide (3) which are superposed up and down in sequence, wherein a first slot (4) and a third slot (6) are formed in the public wide edge of the first waveguide (1) and the second waveguide (3); a second slot (5) and a fourth slot (7) are formed in the public wide edge of the second waveguide (2) and the third waveguide (3); the three waveguides are same in shape and size. The waveguide slot three-way power divider in the form does not need the cascade connection of two stages of power dividers, and is wide in frequency band, small in size, light in weight, good in power distribution consistency, simple in structure and convenient to process; the size and weight are reduced while the performance is satisfied.
