Summary: | The invention discloses a 0.6 cm -dimensioned air-equivalent material ionization chamber, which comprises a high-voltage electrode, a collector and a protective electrode, wherein a first insulator is arranged between the high-voltage electrode and the protective electrode; a second insulator is arranged between the protective electrode and the collector; the high-voltage electrode, the protective electrode and the first insulator form a coaxial cap edge structure formed by layer-upon-layer extrusion; the collector, the protective electrode and the second insulator are in coaxial close fit. The 0.6 cm -dimensioned air-equivalent material ionization chamber is designed by material researches and the optimal design of structural parts, and an air-equivalent material is adopted, so that the firmness of the 0.6 cm -dimensioned ionization chamber is improved, and the absorbed dose in water can be measured; the structural parts adopt the cap edge structure, so that easiness in machining and accuracy in position control during mounting are achieved; the dimension of an assembled air cavity is high in consistency. |
