Summary: | The invention belongs to the technical field of laser welding and relates to a mechanical property prediction method for a laser heterogeneous weld joint. The mechanical property prediction method is used for accurately evaluating heterogeneous welding quality and includes the steps that through series of heterogeneous welding experiments on an asymmetric energy distribution rate and a mechanical property detection result, a relation between the mechanical property of the weld joint and a fusing rate is established, and finally a mechanical property prediction model of the heterogeneous weld joint is obtained. Compared with the prior art, the mechanical property prediction method has the advantages that by means of establishing the relation between the asymmetric energy distribution rate and the mechanical property, prediction of the mechanical property of the weld joint can be achieved, so that quality of heterogeneous welding can be evaluated accurately; when laser beams different in shape, size and energy distribution are adopted, change rules of the mechanical property of the weld joint can be also obtained, and accordingly, prediction of the mechanical property of the weld joint can be achieved. By the aid of the mechanical property prediction method, reliable bases can be provided for selection of the asymmetric energy distribution rate during laser heterogeneous welding. |
