Summary: | The invention discloses a printed circuit board quality detection device, which is used for measuring resistivity rho of metal wiring on a printed circuit board. The printed circuit board quality detection device comprises a cutting module, an amplifying module, a length measuring module and a resistance measuring module, wherein the cutting module is used for manufacturing a slice at the metal wiring position so as to enable the cross section of the metal wiring to be exposed; the amplifying module is used for amplifying the cross section so as to measure the height and the width of the cross section, and thus, the cross section area S of the cross section is calculated; the length measuring module is used for measuring the length L of the metal wiring; the resistance measuring module is used for measuring the resistance value R of the metal wiring; and the cross section area S, the length L and the resistance value R are put in a formula rho=R*S/L to obtain the resistivity rho of the metal wiring. The invention also discloses a printed circuit board quality detection method. |
