Summary: | The invention discloses a device for detecting acid dew point temperature of flue gas; the device is mainly composed of an acid dew point detection probe, a flue gas temperature sensor, a signal adaptor, a signal processor, a temperature current display, a probe temperature adjustor, a data storage device and a system power supply; the acid dew point detection probe and the flue gas temperature sensor are fixed on a detection rod and respectively connected with the signal adapter through a lead; the signal adapter is connected with the signal processor through a transmission cable; and the signal processor is simultaneously connected with the temperature current display, the data storage device, the probe temperature adjustor and the system power supply through a cable. The detection device is capable of optimally controlling exhaust gas temperature, so that the exhaust gas temperature is slightly higher than the acid dew point temperature of the flue gas; therefore, acid dew point corrosion of equipment can be avoided; and thus, the optimum energy-saving and emission-reducing effect is achieved. |
