Summary:The invention relates to a test method, which is applied to the aero-engine installation state side wind ground test in an aircraft airworthiness approval or a design shaping stage. The method comprises the following major steps that the wind direction reference standard and the aircraft placement method wind direction are determined; the aircraft placement course calculation is carried out; the wind speed Vwind and the wind direction Dwind in a position with a distance being 10cm from the gorund are measured and recorded; an aircraft is placed according to requirements; an engine and a warming machine are normally started, and the air bleeding of a tested engine is closed; after all angle tests under the wind speed condition are completed, the test under the next wind speed condition is carried out until all tests are finished; the conformance of airworthiness clauses or development requirements is verified, if the airworthiness clauses or development requirements are met, the engine ground side wind use envelopes are revised, and the engine operation mode during the taking off under the side wind condition is determined; otherwise, the design optimization or change is carried out, the test is carried out again until the conformance of airworthiness clauses or development requirements is met.
