The invention discloses an air conditioner indoor unit and a wind shield. The air conditioner indoor unit comprises a machine body, a first wind shield and a second wind shield, wherein the machine body is provided with an air outlet; the first wind shield and the second wind shield are rotatably arranged at the air outlet so as to open or close the air outlet; the first wind shield and the second wind shield are arranged at an interval in the up-and-down direction; the first wind shield is provided with a plurality of first air holes running through the thickness of the first wind shield; the second wind shield is provided with a plurality of second air holes running through the thickness of the second wind shield. According to the air conditioner indoor unit disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, by forming the plurality of first air holes running through the thickness of the first wind shield in the first wind shield and forming the plurality of second air holes running through the thickness of the second wind shield in the second wind shield, wind can be effectively avoided being directly blown onto the body of a user and the user feels breezeless, so that somatosensory comfort of the user can be improved.
