The invention relates to an anti-theft lock comprising springs, spring bolts, a lock body, a cylinder, three to forty outer pins, three to forty inner pins and a key. The lock body is provided with outer pin ways, inner pin ways and a cylinder way. The outer pins and the inner pins are sealed in the outer pin ways and the inner pin ways through the springs and the spring bolts, respectively. The outer pins and the inner pins are provided with gear grooves. The gear grooves in the corresponding outer pins or inner pins are equal or unequal in height. The cylinder is mounted in the cylinder way. The cylinder is provided with a first cylinder gear and a second cylinder gear. Teeth of the first cylinder gear are as many as the outer pins. Teeth of the second cylinder gear are as many as the inner pins. The first cylinder gear engages or disengages with the gear grooves arranged in the outer pins, through rotating the cylinder; the second cylinder gear engages or disengages with the gear grooves arranged in the inner pins, through rotating the cylinder. The anti-theft lock is higher in security coefficient and better in burglar resistance.
