Summary:The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a viscose fiber/polylactic acid fiber blended fabric. Selected warps and wefts comprise the following components in parts by mass: 35 to 65 parts of polylactic acid fibers, 30 to 60 parts of bamboo fibers, 5 to 10 parts of Newdal fibers, 40 to 90 parts of viscose fibers, 20 to 40 parts of combed cotton and 8 to 18 parts of super fine denier polyester. The preparation process of the fiber fabric comprises the following operations of scotching, cotton carding, drawing, roving, spinning and weaving, wherein the weaving process also comprises the operations of warping, cooking in water to size, sizing and air injection operation, and in the cotton carding step, the cylinder and licker-in speed ratio of the viscose fibers is 2:3, the gauge length of a cylinder cover plate is 0.15mm, and the card sliver ration is 16 to 18g/5m. The natural ecological function and the excellent performance of the polylactic acid fibers, the bamboo fibers and the Newdal fibers can be kept, so that weaving is easier to perform; the strength, the pilling resistance and the profile performance of the blended fabric are improved.
