Summary: | The invention provides a preparation method of an organosilicone-modified polyurethane coating. The preparation method comprises the following steps: increasing the temperature of an oil bath pan to 55-65 DEG C, adding 18-30 parts by weight of toluene diisocynate or hexamethylene diisocyanate into a three-necked flask, blowing nitrogen for protection, starting stirring, dropwise adding 68-78 parts by weight of hydroxypropyl-blocked polydimethylsiloxane or hydroxybutyl-blocked polydimethylsiloxane into the three-necked flask, and stirring for 4 hours; increasing the temperature of oil bath to 70-80DEG C, adding 8-18 parts by weight of toluene diisocynate or hexamethylene diisocyanate into the three-necked flask, and dropwise adding 60-80 parts by weight of polypropylene glycol; continuously stirring for 4-6 hours and cooling to room temperature, to obtain an organosilicone-modified polyurethane coating base stock; evenly mixing 100g of organosilicone-modified polyurethane coating base stock with 5-7g of dimorpholinyl diethyl ether toluene solution, coating a leather surface in a scraping manner, and curing at room temperature, to obtain the organosilicone-modified polyurethane coating. |
