Summary: | The invention discloses a high-performance low-cost PC (polycarbonate) modified material which is composed of the following components in percentage by mass: 50-70% of recovered PC reclaimed material, 10-15% of flame retardant, 0.5-1% of anti-dripping agent, 5-10% of toughener, 5-20% of filler, 1-5% of compatilizer, 0.1-1% of chain extender, 0.1-0.5% of antioxidant and 0.5-1.5% of dispersing agent. Compared with the prior art, the high-performance low-cost PC modified material has excellent impact toughness, rigidity, heat resistance and flame retardancy on the premise of keeping the original excellent physical and chemical properties of the PC, and can reach the flame-retardancy grade UL94V-0. The low-cost recovered PC reclaimed material is adopted to have the effects of pollution reduction and resource reutilization. The high-performance low-cost PC modified material can be widely used in the fields of electronic and electric appliances, machine parts, daily necessities, building materials and the like, and has obvious social and economic benefits. |
