The cutter can effectively prevent vegetables, excessively accumulated on the back surface of the cutter body, from dropping on the ground from the frontal surface of the cutter body; when people use the cutter, and the vegetables bonded on the back surface of the cutter body are accumulated to a certain degree, the vegetables are stopped by the baffle plate from being continuously upwards accumulated, and are beaten back to a cutting board by the baffle plate; when the baffle plate is not needed, the baffle plate can be taken off from the cutter body; and the cutter is convenient for operation and use.
