The device comprises a positioning pin, a cylinder and a supporting seat; the cylinder is arranged at the upper part of the supporting seat; the positioning pin is arranged at the end part of a piston rod of the cylinder; guide rails are arranged at the upper part of the supporting seat; two sides of the cylinder are supported on the guide rails through two groups of rollers; the rollers are arranged on and under the guide rails; locking devices are arranged at the end parts of the guide rails; a positioning hole in match with the positioning pin is formed in the mobile working platform.
