Summary:The invention provides a vibration boiling cooling system which can be used for adjusting the molding sand temperature and meeting the sand molding technological requirements and has low energy consumption. The vibration boiling cooling system comprises a boiling chamber, wherein the boiling chamber is provided with a sand inlet, a sand outlet, an air inlet and a dust outlet, and a vibration device is arranged at the lower part of the boiling chamber. The vibration boiling cooling system is characterized in that a pipeline is uniformly laid in the boiling chamber, a pipeline inlet and a pipeline outlet are also formed at two sides of the boiling chamber, a tee joint pipe is arranged at the position of the pipeline inlet, one end of the tee joint pipe is connected with the boiling chamber, and the other two ends of the tee joint pipe are connected with a boiler steam pipeline and a cooling water pipeline; and the vibration boiling cooling system also comprises an underground reservoir, and the cooling water pipe is communicated with the reservoir.
