The invention relates to the technical field of degassing production equipment of a beverage mixer and particularly relates to a secondary degassing device of a mixer. The device comprises a horizontal degassing tank, a water inlet valve, a secondary degassing water inlet valve, a vacuum pump, a separation plate, a nozzle, a secondary circulating water pump and a continuous working pump, wherein the inner part of the horizontal degassing tank is divided into two independent spraying regions; and the horizontal degassing tank is divided into the two independent spraying regions by the separation plate with the special shape, and the liquid level of the horizontal degassing tank is guaranteed by a liquid level meter and the control of the water inlet valve and the secondary degassing water inlet valve. According to the secondary degassing device of the mixer, the degassing effect of the large-yield mixer is improved; under the condition that the manufacturing cost of the equipment is considered and the appearance size of the equipment is not too large, a conventional oxygen removing manner (primary oxygen removal) has unsatisfactory oxygen removing rate when being used for the large-yield mixer so that the dissolving of gas in a carbonization process of a post procedure is influenced, the freshness of products is not easy to keep, and the quality of the products is influenced.
