Summary:A belt feeder comprises a first chain wheel meshed with a hole formed in a belt at a predetermined distance and enabling the belt to move; a first rotating unit enabling the first chain wheel to rotate; a second chain wheel arranged at the upstream side of the first chain wheel, meshed with a hole of the belt and enabling the belt to move; a second rotating unit enabling the second chain wheel to rotate; a control unit for controlling the first and second rotating units; at least one intermediate gear arranged between the first and second rotating units and transmitting the rotation force of the second rotating unit to a second chain gear; a one-way clutch arranged on a rotation force transmitting part of the at least one intermediate gear, wherein when the second rotating unit is driven to enable the at least one intermediate gear to rotate, the one-way clutch transmits the rotation force, and on the condition that the second rotating unit stops, and when the second chain wheel meshes with the hole of the belt to rotate, the one-way clutch does not transmit the rotation force.
