The invention aims to provide an intelligent warning method based on an all-data model. According to intelligent warning method, warning information is classified and analyzed intelligently, the change of the operating state of a substation is discovered timely, the monitoring burden of an operator is reduced, and the operator is assisted in timely judging faults and taking correct handling measures. A system comprises a substation all-data modeling module and an intelligent warning analysis module, wherein the intelligent warning analysis module consists of a warning data table, a reasoning knowledge base, a decision reasoning module and a warning screening module; the warning screening module totally comprises five modules, namely, a warning inhibiting module, a warning shielding module, a mistaken and missing warning module, a correlation analysis module and an online statistical analysis module.
