Summary: | The invention discloses a method applicable to SOC-OCV curve calibration of a flow cell. The method comprises the following steps: (1) charging the cell in a constant-current constant-voltage mode, and performing discharging on the cell; (2) performing discharging in a small current manner, wherein the small current is selected according to the load of a vanadium cell in rotational heat spare operation; (3) charging the vanadium cell in the constant-current constant-voltage mode at the room temperature so as to enable the vanadium cell to be in a fully charged state, and performing discharging in the small-current manner; (4) importing discharge data acquired by a cell management system into MATLAB for processing, equally dividing the discharge energy into ten parts, and acquiring the time point when every 1/10 of the energy is discharged; (5) re-charging the cell in the constant-current constant-voltage mode, cutting off a charge power supply after the cell is completely charged, keeping the vanadium cell being in the rotational heat spare state for M minutes, and recording the open circuit voltage OCV0; (6) further performing sectional processing on the discharge data acquired by the cell management system; (7) drawing a table, thereby obtaining SOC-OCV experiment data. |
