The invention discloses a well group reforming comprehensive utilization method for waste oil wells, and belongs to a geothermal energy mining and utilizing technology. According to the method, the well sealing work on the waste oil wells is completed by carrying out sealing of the single well, perforation or perforation fracturing, sand flushing for well washing, upper sleeve reforming and water pumping test on the waste oil wells, and then combined utilization of a waste oil well group is completed by carrying out heating network connecting and effect test on the sealed single well. According to the method, the problem that the waste oil wells are left unused is solved, wastes are turned into treasures; a new way for utilization of the waste oil wells in an oil field is developed; meanwhile, a technical support is provided for development and utilization of energy with a thick heat storage layer, a large distribution area and high geothermal temperature; the energy saving and emission reducing effects are good; the waste oil well reforming cost is low, and the social and economical benefits are outstanding.
