Summary: | The invention relates to an acidic B-seminase Aman, an acidic temperature resistance B-seminase AHTMan as well as a gene and an application thereof. The acidic B-seminase Aman has an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO.1; the acidic temperature resistance B-seminase AHTMan has an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO.3. The invention further discloses the genes coding the acidic B-seminase and the acidic temperature resistance B-seminase, wherein the nucleotide sequences are respectively shown in SEQ ID NO.2 and SEQ ID NO.4. The invention further discloses a recombinant carrier including two genes, a recombinant strain and an application. A high fermentation level can be reached through the high-efficiency expression of the acidic temperature resistance B-seminase, the production cost in the industrial production can be greatly reduced and a big utilization potentiality in the industries such as the fodder, the food and the oil exploitation can be displayed. |
