The food strip cutting comprises the special-shaped cutting edges and accordingly can spirally cut food into a long strip shape from outside to inside during a rotary food cutting process and meanwhile ensure no breakage of long strips. The food strip cutting machine comprising the food strip cutter can further simplify a long strip cutting process and stabilize the cutting process, thereby being capable of providing longer food strips and providing solid technical support for potato noodles processing or sweet potato noodle processing in the field of food processing.
