The invention provides an emulsified liquid circulating apparatus. The apparatus includes a circulating pool, an overflow weir is arranged in the circulating pool, the overflow weir divides the circulating pool into a sedimentation tank and a purification tank, a filter board is arranged in the sedimentation tank, the horizontal height of the upper end of the filter board is higher than the horizontal height of the upper end of the overflow weir, the horizontal height of the lower end of the filter board is lower than the horizontal height of the upper end of the overflow weir, a circulating pump is arranged above the purification tank, the liquid inlet of the circulating pump is connected with one end of a pipette, the other end of the pipette is positioned in the purification tank, the liquid outlet of the circulating pump is connected with a steel production line through a circulating liquid supply tube, and the circulating backflow tube of the steel production line is connected with the sedimentation tank of the circulating pool. Disadvantages of present emulsified liquid circulating and purifying apparatuses are solved in the invention.
