Summary:The invention discloses a scale easy removing steam cabinet. The steam cabinet comprises a heating bin and electric heating sheets. The heating bin comprises side walls and a bottom wall. The side walls of the upper portion of the heating bin are in vertical wall structures, the side walls of the lower portion of the heating bin are in inclined wall structures contracting towards the middle, and the inclined wall structures are connected with the bottom wall. A drainage port is formed in the bottom wall. During the operation of the steam cabinet, produced incrustations can be deposited towards the bottom wall along the inclined wall structures under the action of gravity during boiling and condensation and are discharged through the drainage port, and accordingly, the incrustations at the bottom wall of the heating bin can be cleaned easily, and the heating speed and the heating efficiency of the steam cabinet are improved.
