The invention discloses an anti-counterfeiting system, an anti-counterfeiting method and an anti-counterfeiting and identification unit for a safety file and relates to the field of safety of the safety file. The anti-counterfeiting method comprises the following steps: testing at least one actual tolerance of at least one pattern unit in the safety file and establishing a facticity matching relation between the actual tolerance and identification information of the safety file; identifying the identification information of the safety file to be identified and a corresponding detection tolerance of the corresponding pattern unit, comparing the identification information of the safety file to be identified with the facticity matching relation of the safety file and according to a comparison result, determining facticity of the safety file to be identified. According to the invention, counterfeiting prevention of the safety file is implemented on the basis of the tolerance generated in the production process of the safety file; possibility that the safety file is counterfeited is greatly reduced; the anti-counterfeiting ability of the safety file is improved.
