Summary: | The invention provides a fault self-diagnosis system for an ABS/ESC and a HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) automation testing system thereof. The fault self-diagnosis system at least comprises a system basic hardware self-diagnosis module which carries out fault detection and diagnosis on basic hardware of the ABS/ESC, a CAN communication module which realizes CAN communication and fault detection processing, a fault detection and failure protection monitoring module which carries out monitoring analysis so as to determine each fault in the ABS/ESC and execute corresponding failure protection according to the fault, a fault diagnosis service module which is used for providing diagnosis service, an ABS/EBD function control module, a YSC function control module and a TCS function control module which are system function modules and are in charge of arbitrating and deciding a corresponding failure protection strategy when a system fault happens, and a fault warning module which is used for sending fault warning signals. The fault self-diagnosis system of the invention can carry out thorough fault self-diagnosis and failure protection on the ABS/ESC system, and due to the HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) testing system, full automation integrated verification test on the ABS/ESC fault self-diagnosis system can be realized. |
