The invention provides a drawing device for lubricating oil in a compressor and a drawing method. The drawing device for the lubricating oil in the compressor comprises a closed container (10) and a drain structure, wherein the closed container (10) is connected with the compressor so as to draw a mixed solution of refrigerants and lubricating oil in the compressor (20), and the drain structure is connected with the closed container (10) and used for draining the gaseous refrigerants in the closed container (10). According to the lubricating oil drawing device for the compressor and the drawing method, the lubricating oil in the compressor can be drawn, and the ratio of the lubricating oil to the refrigerants in the compressor can be calculated.
