The invention relates to an air membrane coal shed membrane laying device for a bucket wheel machine stock ground. The laying device comprises a coal shed body and a foundation, and the coal shed body is composed of air membranes. The foundation is composed of a steel frame, inclined struts and ground anchors. The steel frame is fixed to the foundation, one end of each inclined strut is connected with the top of the end face of the steel frame, and the other end of each inclined strut is fixed to the foundation through the corresponding ground anchor. The upper end of the steel frame is provided with steel wire nets, and the surfaces of the steel wire nets and the surfaces of the inclined struts are laid with the air films. The laying device is stable in structure, safe and reliable, high in adaptability, easy and convenient to install and detach and capable of being reused.
