The invention provides a preparation device and method for polyaniline nanofibers. The preparation method includes: respectively adding an aniline monomer and a monomer initiator into a first container and a second container containing acid solutions, and after dissolution, leading the solutions in the first container and the second container into the slim tube portion of a reaction tube, allowing the solutions to flow into the thick tube portion of the reaction pipe and finally be collected into a collecting container; subjecting reaction products in the collecting container to washing, pumping, filtering and drying to obtain the polyaniline nanofibers. The preparation method is simple to operate and low in cost, the collecting process is mainly performed in water phases, and any templates and tedious post treatment processes are avoided; reaction is easy to control, production efficiency is high, and large-scale continuous production is satisfied.
