Summary: | The invention belongs to the field of a plastic product and a sectional material of the plastic product, and particularly relates to a preparation method of glass fiber reinforced polyether-ether-ketone bars. The preparation method comprises the steps of providing a glass fiber reinforced polyether-ether-ketone composite material melt by utilizing a twin-screw extruder, molding the composite material melt in a bush die, then enabling the composite material melt to move forwards in a sizing sleeve, and cooling and molding the composite material melt in a gradient manner to form a bar. According to the glass fiber reinforced polyether-ether-ketone composite material bar, the bar is ideal in tensile strength, modulus, rigidness and high thermal deformation temperature in the existence of the glass fiber, so that the bar can be used for producing needed components and products, and the application requirements of different fields can be met. |
