Summary:The present invention relates to a supporting element for a housing (10) for a vehicle traction battery (12), wherein the vehicle traction battery (12) is constructed from a number of energy accumulator modules (24). The supporting element (14) is constructed from a module-supporting element (20) and at least one closure element (22) of plate-like design, wherein the module-supporting element (20) has a number of module-fastening elements (40) to which the number of energy accumulator modules (24) is fastened. Furthermore, the module-supporting element (20) has at least one cutout (30) which is closed by the plate-like closure element (22). The present invention furthermore relates to a method for producing a corresponding supporting element for a housing for a vehicle traction battery.
