The invention discloses a smart television, and a method and a device for exhibiting CP (computer program) contents in the smart television. A video desktop is arranged in the smart television. The method includes the steps: transmitting a resource request comprising identification information of the smart television to a resource server by the video desktop, and querying a CP group of the smart television according to the identification information by the resource server; receiving resource response information comprising configuration parameters for configuring CP accesses, corresponding to the CP group and issued by the resource server by the video desktop; configuring and displaying the CP accesses of the CP group according to the configuration parameters by the video desktop when the video desktop is opened; responding to operations of a user for the displayed CP accesses by the video desktop to display contents corresponding to the CP accesses operated by the user. When a CP in the smart television is changed, the CP group is correspondingly configured at one end of a resource server, system firmware of the smart television does not need to be updated, manual updating of the user is omitted, and the processing course is simple.
