The invention discloses a crosswalk signal lamp voice prompt device for switching volume in daytime and nighttime. When a pedestrian passes, a pedestrian infrared sensor detection circuit (7) detects the pedestrian and outputs a signal to a microcontroller circuit (2); according to a traffic state, the microcontroller circuit (2) controls a prompt voice generation circuit (3), outputs a voice signal that red light is a sign of danger and passing is prohibited at the time of red light and outputs a voice signal that the green light is on and please go through at the time of green light; when no pedestrian passes, voice prompt is not performed so as to reduce the noise pollution; the microcontroller circuit (2) detects whether the time is daytime or nighttime in real time through a daytime and nighttime detection circuit (8) and controls a daytime and nighttime voice volume switching circuit (9) to adjust the voice volume according to the daytime and nighttime respectively, so the voice is large at daytime and is small at nighttime, and the disturbance of the voice at nighttime is reduced.
