The invention discloses a working machine control system and a method. The method comprises the steps that a kinematic solution module generates coordinate information; a learning mode module generates learning mark information; a learning control module receives the coordinate information and the learning mark information so as to generate a correction control input instruction; a path posture correction module receives the correction control input instruction, and provides the correction control input instruction for a working machine, so as to enable the working machine to operate; the operation of the working machine generates an actual error; if the actual error exceeds a preset allowed range, the learning mark information is corrected, so as to generate the other correction control input instruction.
