Summary: | The invention discloses a method and a device for offline testing a mechanical fault of a pumped-storage power generation motor rotor. According to the method for offline testing the mechanical fault of the pumped-storage power generation motor rotor, when a motor stops running, a pulsed eddy current testing method is used for testing whether the pumped-storage power generation motor has the mechanical fault. The device for offline testing the mechanical fault of the pumped-storage power generation motor rotor comprises an exciting coil, a receiving coil, a pulse power supply system and a signal processing system. According to the feature of frequent starting/stopping of the pumped-storage power generation motor, when the motor stops running, the crack extension of the pumped-storage power generation motor is tested through the pulsed eddy current testing method so as to judge whether the pumped-storage power generation motor has the mechanical fault, and the difficulty of multiple interference signals of online detection is effectively solved. When the motor runs, an electric fault is detected through an electric protection system, the pumped-storage power generation motor can be protected from the electric and mechanical aspects, and the safe and stable running thereof is guaranteed. |
