Summary: | The invention discloses a micro-fluid eletrochromatography separation method for an efficient plant growth regulator. The micro-fluid eletrochromatography separation method is applied by taking a polymeric monolithic column which is prepared by taking methylacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl aminomethyl sulfate as a monomer and taking pentaerythritol triacrylate as a cross-linking agent, and implementing continuous separation of the efficient plant growth regulator by using a mode of applying a high-voltage electric field to the column and carrying out micro-fluid liquid phase analysis and using a plurality of action modes such as electric seepage and fluid pressure combination drive, electrophoretic separation and hydrophilic-ionic exchange. |
