Summary: | The invention provides infrared gas analytical equipment and an analytical method thereof. The equipment comprises an infrared light source, a modulating device for modulating light emitted by the infrared light source, a light splitting device for dividing light modulated and emitted by the infrared light source into two beams, a reference gas chamber which does not absorb the beams emitted by the infrared light source, an absorption gas chamber which is just filled with to-be-detected gas, a detection device for detecting the beam from the reference gas chamber or the absorption gas chamber and obtaining corresponding electric signals and an external circuit which is connected with the detecting device for outputting the electric signals, wherein the detecting device is a photoconductive infrared sensing apparatus formed by graphene and quantum dots, and detects the infrared beam from the reference gas chamber or the absorption gas chamber and obtains corresponding electric signals. Therefore, the sensitivity of measurement analysis is improved, the response time is shortened and the measurement precision is improved. Moreover, advantages for microminiaturization and portability of equipment are provided. |
