The screw pump rotor and the sucker rod are smoothly put down or pulled up from the test tube column by the operation platform, the sucker rod repeatedly puts down or pulls up the test tube column to complete adjustment of the anticollision distance, and the screw pump driving pump head is arranged so as to realize screw pump drainage work on a floating drilling platform.
