The invention relates to a manual hammer head presser. A vertical pressing mechanism comprises a radial pressing frame, a first radial lead screw and a first lead screw nut, wherein the radial pressing frame is fixed to a center shaft, the first lead screw nut is installed on the radial pressing frame, and the first radial lead screw penetrates through the first lead screw nut to drive a hammer head to make vertical translation towards a bottom die. Each horizontal pressing mechanism comprises a longitudinal screw, a left pressing block and a right pressing block, wherein the left pressing block and the right pressing block clamp the left side and right side of the center shaft respectively and make horizontal translation along the center shaft to drive a left pressing die and a right pressing die to conduct translation, the longitudinal screw is arranged horizontally, the middle of the longitudinal screw penetrates through the center shaft, the left section and right section of the longitudinal screw are matched with an internal thread hole of the left pressing block and an internal thread hole of the right pressing block respectively, and the directions of threads of the internal thread hole of the left pressing block and the internal thread hole of the right pressing block are opposite.
