Disclosed are: a therapeutic and/or prophylactic agent for a motor disorder, which comprises a thiazole derivative represented by general formula (I) (wherein R1 represents an aryl group or the like; and R2 represents a pyridyl group or the like) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient; the therapeutic and/or prophylactic agent, wherein the motor disorder is extrapyramidal syndrome; the therapeutic and/or prophylactic agent, wherein the motor disorder is bradykinesia, gait disturbance, dystonia, dyskinesia or tardive dyskinesia; the therapeutic and/or prophylactic agent, wherein the motor disorder is an adverse side effect of an L-dopa and/or dopamine agonist therapy; and others.
